Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, non-exempt
Compensation: $14/hr (increase after trial period)
Overview
Ballard House is a founder-led ecommerce company that partners with established brands to scale Amazon operations using our logistics, content creation and advertising infrastructure. Founded in 2017, we began as an Amazon 3P reseller and transitioned to brand partnerships in 2023. We bring Amazon-centric operational excellence to a growing portfolio of eight and nine-figure partnerships.
We’re hiring for a Warehouse Associate to help bundle, label, package and ship products for our brand partners. We strive to build a friendly, supportive social environment at Ballard House. We work in close proximity to one another at product prep stations and encourage conversations with one another. We are a family business and will treat you like family.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, bundle, and kit products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Perform repetitive packaging and assembly tasks while standing at a workstation for extended periods.
- Inspect products and finished kits for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging.
- Label, pack, seal, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
- Maintain accurate product counts and report discrepancies or damaged items.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Move boxes, supplies, and finished goods throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing pallets when required.
- Safely use pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment after training.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company operating standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand in one place and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing hands-on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when counting, labeling, assembling, and packaging products.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a warehouse team.
- Basic counting and math skills.
